Accuracy of listings

Listings are derived from the public CMS NPPES registry and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. A listing indicates that a business was registered with a federal identifier at the address shown as of the source file date. It is not a representation that the business is currently open, currently trading, stocks crutches, or will serve you. Registry data lags reality. Verify by telephone before travelling.

We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of anything on this site, including prices, coverage descriptions, and product information, all of which change frequently.
